If you are planning a trip to SW France, to research the property market and get to know the area, we can provide you with wheels, literally, then help to “oil” them throughout your visit!

We can meet you at the airport, for instance, and take you to a pre-arranged hotel, then accompany you on your planned travels, taking in estate agents and properties you wish to view. If you are just starting your search, we can recommend an itinerary for you and advise on properties and locations in the Gers.

Alternatively, you make all your own travel arrangements, and we simply meet you to accompany you on viewings.

Charges negotiable, but based on 40€ / Ł30 per hour travelling or waiting time and 40€ / Ł30 per hour at other times.

If you are just beginning your search, we can save you hours by helping to identify - maybe even visit - some properties on your behalf.

Estate agents’ details are notoriously unhelpful, and you could spend your whole visit viewing properties which were completely unsuitable. We can save you much valuable time.

Our consultancy rate is based on 40€ / Ł30 per hour, negotiable according to your needs.
